Whirlin' Waters

Last week we made our first trip to Whirlin Waters in Charleston!  It was so fun!

 

 

We only took the "bigs" because there wasn't much for the little babies and GG volunteered to keep them.  This let us really focus on Banks and Blakely and I think they had a blast!

 

 

It was the perfect day and not very crowded.  Richard had the day off of work, too so he got to come!

 

They loved the wave pool, splash pads, "tree house," but mostly loved the slides.  There was also a great lazy river, too.  Banks LOVED the wave pool and the "big waves!" He had no fear.

Banks wanted to ride the "pink slide" all day.  Blakely preferred the racing slides. To each their own :)

Let this mark the day that I first let him wear "big boy" clothes.

If he ever wants to wear them again he better stop looking like he's 12 in them...stick to 2, buddy.

 

 

This is a totally unnecessary picture, but so funny.  This is how he rode the entire way back.  Hehe!

 

The only thing better than a trip to Whirlin' Waters is the toddler sleep that follows ;)
