Christmas Lights

I just LOVE Christmas!  We kicked off the Christmas season by going to the Chairman's Lighting of the Saluda Shoals lights.  It was so much fun to get a sneak peak at the lights and go before any crowds!

There was a precious Santa there and Banks was quick to hop in his lap and tell him he wanted a "teenage mutant ninja turtle playset and a pie face game."

Walker would have NOTHING to do with Santa.  Lawson didn't mind him :)

Fun crafts for the kids and dinner/drinks for the adults!

They had AWESOME 3D glasses which made the lights look like different thing (santa, snowmen, reindeer, stars, etc)

All the kids lined up for the BIG countdown to turn on the lights for the season!

Theres the giant lightswitch!

We took a small tractor ride around the park to see the lights for the first time!

There was an amazing tube slide that the boys LOVED! No lines meant they did it 100x!

Banks, Matt and Walker zoom by me and Lawson in a blur! SO FUN!

The very next night the lights were open to the public and the first night they're open they now do a 5K stroll through the lights instead of in your car.  Well GG, Pop Pop, the Monks, Ya Ya, and us decided it would  be fun.  And it WAS!

Ready to walk!

These two...BFFs!

Since Lawson had had a late night the night before at the lights, daddy stayed home to put him to bed.  So it was me and my big boys!

What a great kick off to Christmas!  Its gonna be a fun season!
