What a special Easter it was celebrating with TWO little boys. It is sometimes still hard to believe there are TWO Easter baskets at our house this year. So, so thankful.
We had a wonderful Easter service at church. It is so easy to get wrapped up in the cooking, hosting, baskets, eggs, dress clothes, etc and forget what this day is all about. As a believer in Christ there is nothing that is more worthy of celebrating than this day. The day that the tomb was EMPTY...that Jesus arose from the dead and shocked the world. What I wouldn't give to the see the faces of those looking in his empty tomb! HE IS RISEN! PRAISE HIM!
TWO sweet Easter baskets!
Since it was Easter morning and we were rushing to get to church on time, Banks woke up late (8:20 to be exact!) so we practically threw him at his Easter basket. He was half asleep still haha.
We then got ready for church and headed out the door!
Be still my heart! Sweetest boys in the whole world!
I just adore these pictures.
Love my family!
This is the "I am SO done with pictures, mommy!" face!
Eleanor hopped in the pictures, but by this point, NO one was feelin it. We love these moments anyways!
What a joyful Easter. So thankful that my savior is alive and well and seated at the right hand of God! Hallelujah!
